EMSOL® ST-3000 is an epoxy modified coating, 100% solids, with 25% elongation, and filled with KEVLAR® to provide it ultimate resistance.  Although proper surface preparation is always preferred, EMSOL® ST-3000 is so surface tolerant that it can even be applied underwater.
